IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY MATERIAL, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, OR WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR SITE.

REFUND POLICY
There is no, under any circumstances, refund for the down payment for our services. After product is completed and there is a dispute regarding it, Roulhac Family Association will make all necessary changes, up to three revisions. If the dispute is not settled at this time, a refund of the second payment will be made in the amount of 50%.

POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN
Roulhac Family Association has no intention of collecting any personally identifiable information from individuals under the age of eighteen years of age. Where appropriate, Roulhac Family Association will specifically instruct children not to submit such information (if available) on our website. If a child has provided us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us at info@roulhacfamilyassn.com if they would like this information deleted from our records. We will use reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our databases.

Jurisdiction. This agreement has been made in and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. By using this service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in your county and state, in all disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement or this website.
